I cuddled up with my husband last night as he watched the Steelers game, and I planned our family's menu for the next two weeks. Yay! Here is this week. . .
Monday: We have an errand to run in a town about 20 minutes from our house, so Erik suggested that we just grab a bite to eat at our favorite Pizza place located in that town!! Yum!
Tuesday: Vegetable Cobbler ~ kinda like chicken pot pie minus the chicken with a yummy cornbread topping!
Wednesday: Church night ~ leftover vegetable cobbler and/or sandwiches
Thursday: Cashew Chicken and Broccoli Stirfry with a peanut butter sauce ~ can't wait to try this recipe of Jen's!
Friday: White Bean Chicken Chili ~ a good meal for a chilly football game night!
Saturday: Leftovers or eat out
Sunday: Homeade pizzas with the new whole wheat crusts our grocery is carrying ~ cheese for the boys and something spicy and fun for Erik and I!

Sounds yummy - I'd love to have the recipe for vegetable cobbler!
Where have you found whole wheat pizza crust? I haven't looked lately, this must be new.
I was just sitting here pondering what kind of soup to make this week...definitely getting to be soup weather.
Sorry...I meant new to Booneville. Thought I should clarify.
I found a really good whole wheat pizza dough recipe in Rachel Ray's mag. It's real dough that has to rise and all that, so not a good week night project for me.
Hey sweet friend! I love seeing your handwriting--I remember it so well from college and think it's a perfect fit for you! It's just happy and sweet :)
I hope you're having a good Monday; it's rainy and chilly here, which you know is making my soul sing! I'll send our weather your way soon . . . :)
Thanks for sharing. You inspired me to actually give this a try. Our menu (or lack there of) has been suffering due to my lack of planning lately.
Also, I agree with the first commenter. Please share the vegetable cobbler recipe if you get a chance!
